Arizona LLCs Do Not Require an Annual Report
No Arizona LLC Annual Reports
Good news: The Arizona Corporation Commission (AZCC) does not require an Annual Report or fee for an Arizona LLC.
While most states mandate annual reports and fees, Arizona is one of the few that does not require LLCs to file or pay for an Annual Report.
This doesn’t mean that Arizona LLCs are tax-exempt. Since LLCs are pass-through entities, Arizona resident owners are required to pay state income taxes. You might have additional filing requirements based on your LLC's tax classification. Additionally, you may need to pay Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) and obtain a TPT License.
