Missouri LLCs Do Not Require Annual Reports

In contrast to most states that require LLCs to file an "Annual Report" and pay a fee, Missouri LLCs are not obligated to submit an Annual Report or pay an annual fee to the Secretary of State.

Missouri is unique in that LLCs are not required to file an annual report.

Although Missouri LLCs are exempt from annual report filing, they still have tax obligations.

The taxes your LLC must pay depend on its income and where it operates. For additional information, see Missouri LLC Tax Guidelines.
